As part of our strategic partnership, we guarantee our clients:
- Preparation of an analysis and design of a solution that ensures maximum synergy (during deployment) of both systems
- Direct coordination of the work between the two companies to implement the solution
If necessary, we are able to provide:
- Synchronization of the personnel database of both systems (filling the personnel database of the attendance system with the HR system data)
- Import of closed attendance data into payroll – all types of unworked and worked time as well as the possibility of importing financial components of payroll that would be possibly entered in the attendance system
- Import of real-time monthly time pool data into payroll (particularly suitable for organisations with flexible changes in working hours not normally tracked at payroll level).
- Simply put, this connection guarantees not only maximum variability and precision of the solution, but also the certainty that both systems meet (or can meet after modification) even the most demanding requirements of our clients.
