I’ve been working as a payroll accountant or head of payroll accounting for my entire career. Recently I’ve started using Nugget at Internet Mall, a.s. Collaborating with RSM has been a great asset for my job. The programme is easy to use, everything is linked together and RSM helps us with a hotline, training and the implementation of changes related to amendments of Czech laws that affect the payroll agenda. First of all, I would like to give the highest praise to the work of the trainer and the guide throughout the implementation. Her great knowledge of payroll and HR issues, but also her very positive and kind attitude towards the clients, which is the basis for a good mastery of the new programme.

We have been using the Nugget payroll software since our company was founded in 1996. For 25 years, we have been a “living chronicle” of its development; now more than ever, the software is up-to-date, understandable and very user-friendly. None of these positives would be possible without the expertise, knowledge and kind attitude of all our employees, whom I hold in high esteem. We process payrolls for companies recruiting from different industries and, thanks to the variability of our software, we have always found a solution for all of their requirements. If I were to evaluate the payroll software in just a few words, I would choose up-to-date, flexible, helpful, solid, and reliable.

We have had the Nugget SW system in our company for a relatively short period of time, and although the implementation was challenging due to time constraints and custom requirements, thanks to a well-coordinated team of colleagues from RSM, we managed everything within the required timeframe. Our company has been using NUGGET SW for a long time. We communicate regularly and the answers are always prompt. RSM staff are very helpful and happy to help with our needs; they also come in person to present new features every once in a while. In terms of individual customisations that we regularly need, the communication is always flawless. We know the price and possible impacts in advance. Whenever we find a bug, it’s promptly fixed. The “new” version of Nugget looks very modern and is easier to use.

We have been using the NuggetSW payroll software since 2007. It’s very clear for users and is nice to work with. But what’s best for the customer is that support works flawlessly. Whenever I contact the hotline, there’s always someone to help me solve my issue. If it’s a technical problem, there will be technicians or programmers ready to fix it. In our many years of collaboration, we’ve never encountered any reluctance or disinterest. Buying payroll software is one thing, but buying software with good support is a win. She always gives me great advice, explains everything perfectly and, when I need her, goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The NUGGET program is a great help in both payroll and HR processing and we would definitely recommend it further. A lot of things are intuitive and no extra training was needed when switching to the new version of Nugget, while the transition from the "old client" was a big step forward. Occasionally something comes up that we don't know what to do with, but when there's a problem we always either check the support site, the help desk or call the help desk for help.

Nugget payroll software is very user-friendly, perfectly complies with all changes of the law and provides excellent customer support. As a payroll accountant, I can only recommend it.

Collaboration with all payroll accountants for the Czech Republic has always been set up in a way that made everyone satisfied; all payroll requirements are handled professionally and within required deadlines. The company always tries to fix any discrepancies and to configure the processes in order to eliminate complications for the client. IT support is very prompt and always professional, and the same applies to the work of programmers working on our requirements for reporting from the payroll system or customisations of the attendance system. We have been using NUGGET SW payroll software since the second half of the 1990s. We are a small company and we do not have a payroll department or a payroll accountant. I process payroll as a managing director with a technical education, i.e. without an economic or accounting background. We ordered the program precisely to eliminate this shortcoming. We found the program user-friendly from the beginning. If we had to solve user problems, especially those arising from our lack of payroll education, the cooperation with the hot-line service staff was always perfect and fast. If there were problems of a software nature, the cooperation with the programmers of the program owner was equally good and efficient. In more than 25 years of cooperation, there has never been a problem that has remained permanently unresolved.
