How can the implementation of the HR Portal be beneficial?

About the CPI

CPI Property Group (hereinafter referred to as “CPI”) is a leading Czech real estate group engaged in development, investments, and property management. The group has been operating in the Czech and Slovak markets since 1992 and has expanded its activities in the residential property, office buildings, retail, hotels, and logistics centers sectors.

In September 2021, CPI requested a personal meeting and a demonstration of our HR Portal solution. As part of their request to digitize processes throughout the group, CPI’s management was looking for a suitable solution for human resources management. Their vision included a simple yet comprehensive system that would be accessible from mobile devices and enable electronic management of most internal HR processes.

The existing system did not provide CPI with sufficient flexibility and development opportunities in the field of digitization. We presented a comprehensive solution to CPI’s management in the form of the HR Portal, an online application for handling annual settlements and monthly tax discounts (Payminator), and the Nugget SW payroll and personnel system. CPI was impressed with our proposed solution, and together we defined additional specific requirements for further custom development.

In the first phase, we formed a working group. On our side, it consisted of a project manager, implementation manager, consulting team, software architect, and development team. CPI actively participated in the project with experts responsible for each area being addressed and a project manager. Together, we prepared and approved the implementation and system configuration schedule, as well as the schedule for individual modifications development.
