The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is preparing the next step in the digitalization of its office
As part of the improvement of services and modernisation of the office, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has taken the next step of full digitisation in the area of employment of foreigners.
In the case of employment of foreigners, employers are obliged to report this fact to the Labour Office.
From 1 July, sending this information will be possible exclusively through one of the following three digital channels:
- By filling in a form on the website.
- By sending an XML file to the data box of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic
- By direct integration of your information system with the interface of the MLSA
INFORMATION CARD = Information on the entry into employment of an EU/EEA and Swiss citizen or his/her family member or a foreigner who does not need a work permit.
ADMISSION – ENTRY = Communication on the entry of a foreigner, holder of a work permit, into employment, for posting, for intra-corporate transfer.
TERMINATION – TERMINATION = notification of termination of employment, posting, intra-corporate transfer of an alien, holder of a work permit.
