As of January 1, 2023, significant changes are taking place in the area of social insurance in Slovakia. One of the novelties is the recording of analytical data.
These are the data to be recorded:
- Numeric code of the place of work according to the statistical list of regions, statistical list of districts, and statistical list of municipalities.
- Agreed scope of working hours.
- Number of hours corresponding to the income according to § 3 paragraph 1 letter a) and paragraphs 2 and 3, credited for the month.
- Numeric code of the agreed type of work performed – SKISCO.
As of January 1, 2023, employers are obliged to provide the Social Insurance Institution with these data not only for new but also for existing employees.
In December, it is necessary to check whether you have entered the place of work and type of work performed for your employees and supplement them if needed. You can find this information in Personnel:
- Numeric code of the place of work – L3011.
- Numeric code of the agreed type of work performed – L3203.
