Introducing a new feature that will simplify your work. Now, you can electronically send reports to health insurance companies directly from the NUGGET program using data boxes.
The setup is straightforward and can be done by each user individually. Alternatively, a central setting can be applied, where an authorized person in the company configures it for all colleagues at once.
In the initial setup, you enter login credentials for the data box from which the forms will be sent. You also provide the data box numbers of individual health insurance companies. From there, you can easily generate and send the reports through the program’s standard functions.
Types of reports that can be sent:
- Overview of insurance premium payments
- Bulk notification from employers
All sent reports will be visible in the submission overview on public administration portals.
