Communication on the Employee Portal

If you decide to switch to the new version of the Employee Portal, you will gain – in addition to its new features – the possibility of real-time communication between the employee and the specialized department. Using the integrated “Chat” function, employees can reach out to the HR department or Payroll accounting and receive their response online. If the specialized department is not online at that moment, the communication will be automatically redirected to email.
